Krystael Hall
Community Manager
Krystael, a native of Orlando, FL, moved to North Carolina from Illinois in 2021 and joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Grove in February 2023. She has been in customer service since 2003 and serves her community through her church’s youth ministry program. Krystael loves spending time with family and traveling the world, including Tulum, London, Paris, Cap-Haitian, Freeport, and Istanbul.
Kameron Penn
Assistant Community Manager
Kameron, a native of Philadelphia, moved to Raleigh in 2016 and attended Saint Augustine’s University. He joined the HHHunt team in April 2025, bringing with him several years of experience in community service and property management. In his spare time, Kameron enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports and going on vacation!
Stanice Bolden
Leasing Consultant
A native of North Carolina, Stanice grew up in the Zebulon/Wendell area and graduated from East Wake High School. She joined the HHHunt team at Abberly Grove in June 2023 with several years of experience in Customer Service. Stanice has a big heart and passion for helping people. In her spare time, she loves shopping, going to the movies and spending time with her family and friends!
Austin Wall
Leasing Consultant
Austin was born in Hawaii and raised by a military family. He attended Dinwiddie County High School in Virginia and, after graduating, traveled across the country in search of new experiences. Austin has worked in the Customer Service and Hospitality industries since 2016, and he joined the HHHunt team in June 2025 as a Leasing Consultant. In his spare time, Austin enjoys traveling, meeting new people, trying new foods and engaging in creative activities like writing stories and playing the piano.
Larry Stokes
Service Manager
Larry started his career with HHHunt in 2009 when he joined the team at Abberly Place in Garner, NC as the Groundskeeper. He was promoted to Service Technician and transferred to Abberly Grove in 2014. Larry graduated from Liberty University with an Associates Degree in Arts and Religion and is a Duke Blue Devil and Dallas Cowboy fan. CFC & CPO Certified.
Quincy Hopkins
Service Technician
Quincy is a native of North Carolina and grew up in the Raleigh area. He attended high school at Athens Drive and college at Shaw University. Quincy loves spending time with his wife and children every chance he gets and is very involved with his community. He is a proud member of the Method Boyz to Men outreach program in Raleigh, and while this takes up a lot of his time, he says it is a very humbling experience and he enjoys working with these young men. Quincy loves sports, particularly football. When asked his favorite team he said, “let’s Go Redskins!” CPO Certified.
Chancelor Kale
Service Technician
Chancelor “Chance” Kale is a native of North Carolina. He graduated from Pitt Community College in May 2011 with an Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage. Chance has a passion for music and can play a variety of instruments, but his instrument of choice is keyboard. CPO Certified.
