There is a non-refundable animal fee that is based on the weight of your animal. The animal fee is $400 if the animal weighs more than 35 pounds at maturity and $300 if the animal weighs less than 35 pounds. There is also a $10 animal rent due per month. Only one fee and animal rent will be due per apartment, not per animal.
