For the creative
Want to try something new this holiday? Unscripted Durham is offering two Valentine's Day-themed add-on packages for hotel stays booked Feb. 9 through Feb. 19:
Over the Moon Helicopter Rides – Guests can enjoy a 25-minute helicopter tour over downtown Durham and milk chocolate stars from local producer Chocolatey Confections. Plus, name a star after their significant other. Add-on price is $420.
Multisensory Love – This second package includes a multi-sensory experience with milk chocolate hearts from Chocolatey Confections, locally curated gift bags, and a personalized fragrance. Guests will have a consultation with a fragrance artist, who will work with them to create a custom scent. Add-on price is $320.
Stupid Cupid Karaoke – Edwards Mill Bar and Grill is hosting a Stupid Cupid Karaoke Night on Feb. 14 at 9 p.m. with karaoke, drink specials, mini cheesecakes, and more.
Valentine's Day Omakase – This five-course meal at Dashi is different, because it entrusts your order to the chef. Omakase is, essentially, a chef's tasting menu. On Feb, 14, Chef Billy Cotter will send out the freshest and most delicious dishes of the day.
